How do I know what bracket I need for my LCD/Plasma TV?

You can go to www.screenfitters.com and match up the model of your TV with the bracket best suited for it.

I am missing parts in the box. What do I do?

Contact the store where you purchased the bracket from.  Advise them which part you are missing and provide the product number.  This is found in the exploded view of the bracket in the front page of the manual that came with the bracket.  The store will then contact the supplier and have this part forwarded to you free of charge.

I have mounted by flat screen support (#EFW6245/EFW6345) and now the TV is not straight. How do I fix this?

Please check the following:

1. If your wall is 100% flat - you will need to check this with a level

2. If your wall plate is mounted 100% level - you will need to check this with a level

3. If your adaptor plate and adaptor strips are mounted exactly according to the manual (all parts should be aligned with each other)

 

The manual wasn't in the box. Where can I get another from?

The tilt function of my flat screen support is not operating properly.

The tilt function can be adjusted by loosening or fastening the bolts in the support using 2 Allen (hexagon) keys.
